Toyota España promueve el futuro talento femenino uniéndose a STEAM Basket Camp 2025.
- Toyota España anuncia el patrocinio este verano del STEAM Basket Camp 2025, una iniciativa que fusiona deporte, educación y compromiso social.
- STEAM Basket Camp se celebrará del 27 julio al 1 agosto, está enfocado a niñas de entre 8 – 12 años y los fondos recaudados irán destinados a proyectos en escuelas en Turkana (Kenia).
- Toyota cree en los valores que transmite el deporte, como el compañerismo, el trabajo en equipo, la superación o el respeto al contrario, y todo ello forma parte del ADN de Toyota.
Toyota España, en su relación estrecha con el deporte y con los valores que este transmite, impulsa este verano su unión con STEAM Basket Camp 2025, una iniciativa cargada de deporte que promueve a la par el talento joven femenino con innovación educativa.
El campamento, que se celebrará del 27 de julio al 1 de agosto, está dirigido a niñas con edades comprendidas entre 8 y 12 años y busca potenciar sus capacidades en diferentes aéreas como son las deportivas y científico-tecnológicas, al tiempo que fomenta el liderazgo, la inteligencia emocional y el trabajo en equipo.
STEAM Basket Camp compaginará diferentes deportes como son el baloncesto, tenis o pádel con innovación educativa por medio de charlas, dinámicas de grupo y desarrollo personal. Este programa forma parte de la estrategia de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) de Toyota España.
La iniciativa por la que apuesta Toyota España es la de promover la igualdad de oportunidades, impulsar la educación innovadora, generar un impacto social positivo desde edades tempranas y desarrollar una sociedad más equitativa.
Además, los fondos recaudados en STEAM Basket Camp irán enfocados hacia proyectos de cooperación en Turkana (Kenia), liderados por la Fundación San Patricio y la Fundación Escuela Ideo.
El campamento contará con la presencia de reputadas personalidades del ámbito deportivo como Fran Murcia, exjugador profesional de baloncesto y experto en bienestar corporativo, Begoña Garralda, exjugadora y campeona mundial de pádel y especialista en alianzas estratégicas, entre otros.
Toyota y su apoyo al deporte Los valores y fundamentos del deporte son clave para Toyota, y por eso mantiene uniones con federaciones y comités como es el acuerdo de patrocinio oficial con la liga de baloncesto acb, y con todas las competiciones que conlleva: Liga Endesa, Supercopa Endesa, Copa del Rey y Minicopa Endesa. Otro de los patrocinios más destacados es el del Equipo Toyota, donde la compañía mantiene su apoyo a los deportistas olímpicos Carolina Marín, Niko Shera y Ray Zapata,así como a los paralímpicos Eva Moral, Martín de la Puente y Desirée Vila.
